Ordering & Payment
It depends what you're ordering. Baked treats and cakes (Dog Treats, Cat Treats, Cake & Custom Treats) are request-based—each one has its own request form right on its page. Fill it out and we'll personally follow up to confirm details, pricing and payment. No online payment is taken upfront. Dog Collar Charms are ready-made, so those you can add to cart and check out online right away.
Yes—every treat is baked fresh after you request it, in small batches. We don't pre-bake or stock inventory, so please allow a few days between your request and pickup or delivery.
For regular dog treats, 2–3 days is usually enough. For cakes or larger custom orders, we recommend at least 5–7 days so we can bake and decorate without rushing.
Absolutely—every treat's request form has a "Needed by" date field. We'll confirm availability by email once we follow up.
Yes, local delivery is available in select areas for an added fee, alongside free local pickup. For treats and cakes, delivery details are confirmed when we follow up on your request; for collar charm orders, shipping/delivery options appear at checkout.
Ingredients & Safety
Our current menu is made with bananas, peanut butter, oats and a touch of egg (Banana, Peanut Butter & Oat), and rolled oats, almond flour, unsweetened applesauce, local honey, cinnamon and our signature PupCream (yogurt & tapioca starch) for the Oatmeal PupCream Pies.
Yes, always. No corn, no soy, no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives—every batch, every time.
Every treat's request form has a notes field—just tell us about any allergies or sensitivities there, and we'll let you know what we can safely make. We are not a certified allergen-free facility, so please use your judgment for severe allergies.
It means every ingredient we use meets the same standard as food made for people—not just 'feed grade' pet ingredients. If we wouldn't eat it, we don't bake with it.
Storage & Shelf Life
Keep treats in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to a week, or refrigerate for freshness up to two weeks. PupCream Pies should always be refrigerated.
Yes! Both treats freeze well for up to two months—just thaw in the fridge before serving.
