Meet Biscuit: Our First Official Taste-Tester

Before there was a bakery, there was Biscuit—a very persuasive dog with strong opinions about store-bought treats (he was against them).

The original quality control team

Biscuit tested every early recipe. If he walked away, the recipe went back to the drawing board. If he did the zoomies, we knew we had something. The Banana, Peanut Butter & Oat recipe passed on the third try—and it's been our founding treat ever since.

Still on the job

These days Biscuit still gets first crack at anything new that comes out of the kitchen. Some things never change.
